After receiving your order we will contact you personally in 1-5 business days and you’ll confirm your order. We will send you an invoice of 50% (a half of the order’s price) deposit.
Once that is paid we will begin work on it.
After some time the order will be completed and we will contact you again for the second deposit and shipping costs. Once this is paid, your order is packaged and shipped.
The average waiting time is about 15 - 25 days.
If the ordered product is in stock then, after 100% payment of the invoice, the order will be packed and shipped.
We accept major credit cards (American Express, Visa, and MasterCard) as payment and PayPal.
Shipping cost depends on the weight of the order and the country it is shipped to. We ship by EMS - Express Mail Service. Shipping overseas takes 5-7 business days. To Europe 3-5 business days. Shipping is worldwide. When the order is sent out to you, we will send you the tracking number as an approval of the shipment.
We do a lifetime warranty on all of our creations. If there is a failure with a our product, then we will repair for free.
Each creations is unique and will have variations.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns or Exchanges may be done within 14 days from purchase date. We kindly ask that all valid returns must be in unused condition with attached tags and packaging. We will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection and approval, Exchange or Store Credit will be provided, No Refunds. All sale items and discounted merchandise are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We does not accept or resume any responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods whilst in transit from the customer. It is therefore strongly recommended customers use an appropriate carrier with a tracking or trace system. All charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (ie. shipping, duties, and taxes) is the customer’s responsibility. In the case of an exchange the buyer will be required to pay an additional re-shipping fee and re-stocking fee. These fees will vary on a per item basis.
